Attention Water bill customers:

No Late Fees will be accessed on Water Utility Bills this billing cycle.  The system applied a late fee to most accounts in error.  Staff has corrected the issue in the system, but the mailed/printed bills reflect the errant charge.  Due to the error, the Utility will not charge late fees on any accounts this billing cycle.  If a customer pays the full amount reflected on the printed bill, including the late fee, he/she will receive a credit on the account for the amount of the late fee.  We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
