Notice of Public Hearing

 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Berlin will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on May 26, 2026, at the Berlin City Hall Council Chambers (108 N Capron St., Berlin, WI) to consider an update to the 2010 City of Berlin Comprehensive Plan. Any interested person may be heard at the time of the public hearing.

The purpose of the Comprehensive Plan is to guide land use and development-related decisions to meet an identified long-term vision.  Chapters include goals and strategies pertaining to Housing; Transportation; Economic Development; Agricultural, Cultural and Natural Resources; Utilities and Community Facilities; Intergovernmental Cooperation and Land Use.

The draft plan is available on the City’s website homepage www.cityofberlin.net. Questions regarding the Comprehensive Plan update should be directed to the Zoning Administrator at TLudolph@cityofberlin.wi.gov or (920) 361-5156.
