Our Services
Business Funding
The BCDC administers the City’s Revolving Loan Fund established through a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant. We can provide below-market interest rate financing for business development projects with a private financing match requirement of 20%.
Access to Federal Programs
The BCDC has worked with federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and USDA-Rural Development to access economic development funds for business expansion projects.
Access to State Programs
The BCDC collaborates with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) and Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) to access state economic development programs for business expansion.
